KFC is ******** customers!

I honestly think KFC online is a ****. I ordered a meal online on Friday, 26 Nov. Money was deducted from my account but the meal was never delivered. I logged a query with them on Monday, 29 Nov and I was told that I will be refunded within 48 hours. Till today, 15 Dec 2021 I haven't received my money back. I actually think I have incurred more costs than the refund for telephone & data charges calling and sending emails to follow up on this refund. Can you imagine how much KFC has pocketed for all the monies paid for undelivered order! Serious **** this!
