KFC is robbing me pathetic service

Hi, kfc has the worst customer service and keep forgetting to give my full order yet i pay the full price, 2 incidents at vangate mall kfc 1st incident 22/03/2024 18:40 I ordered on the kfc website for collection order number 111416 total came to R285,70 when I arrived at the store the package was sealed and I left when I got home there was no cooldrinks in I paid for 3 bottles cooldrinks and received none I phoned the store who was going to get back to me but never did, I did a online survey who phoned me I explained and he said someone from the store will be in contact, nobody was but I recieved a voucher for 2 cooldrinks once again missing an item because I paid for 3 cooldrinks I still haven’t redeemed it because what a waste of time. 2nd incident 29/03/2024 15:01 I physically went to the store, order number 3701 this time I was missing gravy to my street wise two pap mash and gravy, I phoned the store they apologised once again not coming up with solutions I was offered gravy when I come to the store again firstly what must I do with gravy next time and 2ndly what must I do with pap and chicken only now that would just be dry. I phoned the store again and the manager said he will organise with the driver to bring the gravy to me it’s almost a hour later I am still waiting.

I feel like I am being ****** from kfc because I’m paying for items I am not getting and that is just unacceptable I order these meals for my family yet I’m always disappointed my family have now eaten and I still haven’t because I’m waiting on gravy that might even not come.

Also I have both receipts I also have proof that I called on both occasions in my call log this is really not on.
