Kfc is pathetic

On the 7th of April 2022 I made a purchase with kfc, due to them not having ingredients they cancelled my order and still debited me. I called and explained has to what happened they said i should wait 24 hours for a refund,i waited i called the call centre they asked me to send my bank statement to show them i didn't receive the refund which i did, i am **** off at the fact that i have to show my private and confidential information to someone i dont know😡 on numerous times i have called kfc and no one could assist they kept me on hold until my airtime got finished, i am going to now sue kfc and take this matter up i am tired of empty promises. Kfc is up to **** and the customer service is **** literate!!! I will keep on naming n shaming kfc until i get my refund and my r500 that i used on airtime to call them!!!
