Kfc is pathetic

Such a dissapointment that the kfc on rd naidoo (sydenham) makes such good kfc but always mess up the order...i ordered a family treat 6 piece and recieved 5 pieces this is like the 4th time it has happened i live in musgrave and i normally go back and pick it up but today im actually ****ed of because this is getting out of hand... you start to wonder how many people they are doing this to and i even asked the lady are u sure my order is correct she looked at the screen read my order out and said yes its correct only to come home and find out there is a piece missing.i must waste my petrol and keep going and sorting out a mistake that someone else made is not right...im then told a complaint will be lodged and within 24hrs il have a response...that is utter nonsense i want my piece of chicken today..kfc has a delivery system why cant they deliver it..they dont even deserve 1 star..pathetic
