KFC is not what they use to be

I bought my food at this branch on Sunday. Placed my order for a barrel 21 piece. Then went opposite the road to Burger King. Placed my order and after 5min received my order. I then went back to KFC to pick up my order. On arrival my order was not processed yet. The drive through orders was going fast and furious but the orders on the inside was not moving at all because the people that needed to serve the orders was having a chat in the office. When I called one employee and asked them loudly why my order is still not done and why is nobody working on the orders of the people inside they came out and started doing their job. On arrival at home the bucket was half full and I could not understand as it was a 21 piece. We then counted the pieces and it was 21 pieces. It was however so small that it only filled up half the bucket. KFC is robbing the people blindly. Very disapointed
