KFC is not KFC anymore

I just want to say that KFC is not at all the same as it used to be. The KFC in Blaauberg road does not know how to fry their chicken as i been there twice and the chicken is deep fried too much and oily. I mean u cant enjoy the meal because u just taste oil. The same goes with the KFC in Bellville voortrekker, they miss some stuff you paid for and dont have the time to drive back. Can you guys train the staff better to deliver the best KFC we all know and love?
