KFC Is not a place to get food from!

I went to KFC at Junction Mall Cnr New Eisleben Goven Mbeki. The service I got from there is shocking. The worst part of all is the fact that the person who took my order is the Manager Mandisa F.

1stly, I had to wait for her to take my order while I stood infront of her waiting for her to finish her conversation with one of the customers. It was clear that she knew the person as the conversation was endless and not at all work related. She she was finally done I placed my order. I only wanted two things. Only to find the there are 4 items on my order slip. That I only discovered when I walked out.

There are 2 KFCs I normally go to. Kfc adderley street and Kfc darling street oppisite parade and I must say for the past 7 years that I've stayed in CBC I've never experienced such. So I guess it's a ghetto thing to get trashy customer service.

I don't know how they even managed to pour oil with the meet but by the time I got to my destination I had oil on my pants. I even took pictures of the oily KFC bag I was given.

KFC, some of your managers clearly don't know anything about customers service. Train them, to avoid such incidents from occurring.

And I'm thinking, if your managers behave this way. The other employees must be worse!
