KFC is losing service

Yesterday I went to buy food at the KFC at East Rand Mall. I was first in the line but it took them 20 minutes to even come and help me. let alone waiting for more than 30 minutes for the meal. I asked the lady why they taking so long to serve us, and she told me its because they are under stuff most of the stuff was absent and they only have 5 people. I asked about temps but clearly it showed that they don't have. my advice to the manager" a lot of people are jobless and could help, have someone who can work as a standby because we were not even full but we had to wait for the meat which was cooked after we have ordered . am so saddened by the service we get in almost all the KFC. its like they don't have forecast. they don't plan on how to not keep customers waiting . the service is poor. buying a fats meal is liking cooking one.
