KFC is just horrible

KFC ran a promotion online we ordered we get to the store they refuse to give us food saying they were told to refuse, KFC didn't communicate with us customers that, the promo was a clich, I drove there for nothing and even now they now replying or saying anything, I am so angry I wasted petrol to go there
