KFC is just a ****

I made an order online for delivery, payment went through successfully and was deducted from my account... At the end there was a pop-up message saying sorry we cannot process your order And the request for refund had been sent.... I contacted the call center fod my refund and a very rude lady told me I have to wait 48 hours for my money... When I was still talking to her she just put me on hold until I had to end the call.... Seriously? The reason why a person places an order its because they are hungry and they need to eat... So how can you take my money and not give me my food and then tell me to waif 48 hours to eat..? Does that make any sense? Im left with no money and nothing to eat... KFC is a ****... And please train your staff about customer service.
