KFC is ignorani

I recently went to KFC springsgate drive thru. I ordered a Streetwise 2 for my daughter . She asked for two breast pieces which wasn't a problem with staff. The guy at the delivery window even said two breast and I said yes that's the order. Upon reaching home we find one breast and one keel.

Now the Keel is normally the backside of the chicken... literally. Why would you do this?

So I went back to KFC and spoke with the manager. She then told me that they are not allowed to give two big pieces of chicken which I can understand. But why didn't the staff advise us and ask to choose another piece instead of just giving what they felt like? Keel of all pieces. My daughter was upset so was I. I need a free me for our inconvenience.
