KFC is honestly the worst

I never usually complain about waiting for food however, this evening I had to wait 45 minutes for an online order I had placed at KFC Walker Drive. Don't get me wrong. I don't mind waiting for food as we had just been at Nando's and we were requested to wait. I even ordered Sushi & I waited for food but never have I waited an entire 45 minutes for a drive though online order that is supposed to have been done by the time I get there. Don't think upon arriving at the drive thru we got served, there was many other people waiting for a few min before us. By the time we got to the collection point, the lady at the window did not even have the audacity to tell us why there was a delay. She simply said out order will be out shortly. I then asked if we should wait at the parking lot and oh, did we wait! So I decide to give the Walker Drive sl1tore a call and find out what's going on. Is it not Namhla that gives me attitude on the phone. She asked me if my online order was a collection and I advise on drive through collection and I am at the parking lot. She still asked if I am waiting for a delivery or collecting instore and I tell her I just said I'm at the parking lot and had a drive through for a collection. She still has an attitude and raising her voice at me and I felt very disrespected by her. I eventually get my order of streetwise 5 with chips and when we got home, guess what...the chips were not included in our order. This has got to be thee worst experience I have ever had at KFC, I honestly am okay with never placing an order with them again.
