Kfc is full of ****

Im really ****ed off as I type this email Kfc mamsmall ( next to Curro academy ) We went to buy at kfc via drive thru around 19:50 ( 07 September 2020) we then waited for a while then suddenly at 21:00 we were told that the chicken is finished and there were no other alternatives I mean , that’s mean we waisted our time by coming to kfc instead of going where we would have received better service This is really unacceptable and will not be tolerated. I will never ever come to kfc anymore , there is lack of customer service and the staff member ( supervisor in charge-Mantaladi ) was also difficult and did not even apologize for the inconvenience that they have caused.
