KFC is flipping useless
I have ordered online from kfc order didnt got through but the money is taken out of my account spoke to customer service which is an oxy***** told to reorder and pay a second time which i did no order gone through to the branch i called head office again told to do the same thing they must think im stupid i got 2 reference numbers so that they could get the finance dept to investigate and issue me with a refund which will take 10 to 14 days They told me to order from the store and i called the hillcrest store only to be told that the prices are different from the online promotions. I understand that but i tried 2x to order from the kfc online. i asked for the supervisors number i was given *** rings but the guy or lady doesnt answer the call or whatsapp KFC does not have any customer service its a complete waste of time all customer service says im sorry I would give them a rating of -100

17 Jul 2023, 20:05further to the above I got a message from the so called supervisor who told me she was off duty and cant do anything sorry for you
she says the online app closes at 7 but nowhere does it say that on the app I asked for her bosses number she is not allowed to give it out She also wouldnt give her name or her bosses name it was im not allowed to give out that information so all in all they have taken R560 from me no food for the family Well played KFC rating of minus 100 out of 10
