KFC is DISGUSTING

Just an overview of these reviews is scary, got actual deep fried feathers in my order this evening... I'm not asking for an apology, I'm asking for an actual explanation in the following, either... INCOMPETENCE? PROFIT MARGIN? SUPPLY? DONT GIVE A F BECAUSE QC IS NOT MY DEPARTMENT? Has to be one of those few I've mentioned, I believe I could think of more.. DISGUSTING!
