KFC is Becoming a ****

I made an online order on Friday 20/9/2024, The order "Never reached KFC" I had to make another order and Pay again, Saturday 21/9/2024 I phoned KFC about this, they sent me a Reference Number: CAS-***-B7S5R3.

Today 23/9/2024 I phone them again to find out what is going on with the Refund, Just to find out they will only refund me my Money 7-14 Days?

How is this company still in business? They ***** from there own customers, they are the ones that is wrong then we must be affected by their ****py system, So if this happen to a 1000 People they can Invest that money and make double more with our Money.

KFC is becoming a **** in RSA.
