Kfc is bad

I ordered a meal at kfc, the first incident there was hair so I through R400 worth of food away...second incident I waited an hour for my food despite 5 people who ordered after me got there food first....another incident I ordered a big meal again only to find out that there was items missing....I use fuel,time,effort to support kfc yet they disappoint me frequently and the recent incident I got sick from the chicken and had to fork out money for the doctors bill and lost out on overtime ...and all I get is a sorry we will take it up with the branch ....ref 469306
