KFC IS A TOTALLY DISGRACE

I ordered online and waited for like 15-30 minutes until I received an sms notifying me about my order that was cancelled. They did not specify the reason why my precious order was cancelled until I called and found out that they couldn’t find a driver to deliver my order.

The sad part is, I slept hungry because they couldn’t do an immediate refund but only to say that I will get my money in 7 days ….

So I’m asking myself why they did not at least call and me to go and pick up my order and subtract the delivery fee instead of cancelling my order and not giving a reason why….

And for this I would never ever buy KFC for a longest time and I urging people to refrain from using this delivery service….
