KFC is a *****

I made an online order on on the 24.09.2019 on the KFC app and everything went through fine I then got a call from order in advising me that the store that I'm ordering from is closed and that the delivery has been canceled and that I would need to call customer care to get a refund at which I'm annoyed at as that should be automatically done, I called customer care and the call was dropped, called on Wednesday and spoke to Miguel and he said that they would need to open a complaint to the store then the store would need to investigate and then get back to me regarding this I advised him i don't want to complain i just want a refund . He then said i can go to the store and they would be able to do that for me which I Found to be untrue as the store manager advised me that's not possible for online orders, this morning I spoke to Amanda from customer care line and she advised they would need my bank statement to prove that the money has gone out my bank and also proof of purchase which to me is ridicules as if they had delivered the food how would they have gotten confirmation that the funds have left my bank account now i need to prove things to them like I'm some kind of ******** when i just want my money. They are ****** these people!!!!!!!!
