Kfc is a joke!!

I would like to suggest that kfc should perhaps close there 24/7 option. Every time (and there have been so many times over the past few years) we have been to a KFC in the Pretoria east area after 8pm there is a problem. Almost always the chicken is not ready and we are informed that we will have to wait. We have on many occasions waited almost an hour and sometimes over an hour for chicken and there have been times when they have claimed to have run out of chicken! I seriously fail to understand how an outlet that's main attraction and meal is chicken can 'run out' of chicken! After having experienced this disappointment on so many occasions the patience tends to fade. As mentioned above this seems to be a problem at multiple kfc outlets in the area and therefore I suggest that kfc cancel there 24/7 agreement as it seems as though they clearly can't meet or aren't prepared for the demand.
