KFC IS A DISGRACE

Disgusting service from KFC Stormvoel Sasol Garage

1 and a half hours waiting for chicken to be delivered I was told by 1 agent that the food is on the way I'm told by the next agent that the food is still at the shop I then spoke to someone who said they the manager and at the end found out they weren't the manager then spoke to the manager patricia who was extremely rude because I was no longer willing to wait for the chicken

I felt extremely disrespected and promptly drover to a different KFC in east Lynne to get my chicken at 8 at night

This is the worst service I have received from KFC ever from being **** to then shouted at like a small child this was a terrible experience
