I made an online purchase on the 19th of October 2025 @around 19.17 for a delivery because it was late they could not deliver understandable and fair they cancelled my order and sent me an email stating that i will be refunded within 72hours wait pass 72 hours decided to call them and follow up they said that I should wait for 21 days did so called them again pass 21 days they had advised that the money was sent to my bank till today my money is still not reflecting in my bank and it has been a full month and a couple of days
