KFC & invalid Old Mutual Reward voucher

KFC Brixton...21 April was son's birthday and i decide to ordered online when i got there to pay, was told my voucher was invalid. So i realized No the voucher transaction was successful. Drove back again on Monday 25 April to submit proof of the transaction...such an inconvenience
