Kfc Inside Promenade Mall

<p>Kfc promenade has a thing for keeping okd chicken I always go to the one with the drive through as I previously experienced bad service fron the one inside . Yet I found myself going to the one because I thought they have changed and guess what not a bit .<br />My friend and I went there just before 6 ordered our favourite wings I just placed my order and they called out my number 137 & I said it cant be this chicken must be standing there its old chicken the staff laughed and said no its not . Upon sitting down my friend had two fresh pieces and tthe other two were not and here I had all 8 it was so hard and crunchy I took it back and they said they dont have thats the last,they then eventually took it and gave me small wings I mean I pay the price for flippen decemt wings to give me this **** I was so ****ed my friend negotiated with them coz I was to livid I felt to beat some one and stood far away as possivle I know myself I hate it when I oay for something and I get **** for what I pay for I mean any one will get ****ed . My friend then told them no its fine we will complain they just said okay we did not get a refund for old chicken they just put it in the warmer and gave it back to us im utterly disappointed in the way or level of service we recieved I shall jot set foot there ever again I told them im going to helloo peter they just looked at me . How the hell can I eat hard chicken I gave it to my dog gosh it made my sensitive gums bleed yet they did not care and they said theres no manager on duty .</p> <p>I took a picture of the slip to prove I was there I forgot to take the picture of the food as my friend reminded to lay the complaint .</p>
