Kfc *****ing money out of accounts

If you have the app, KFC thinks it's OK to collect your banking details and just randomly deduct money from your account without ordering anything. Ask for help from customer service and no one is bothered. Finally got an email from them after 2 weeks saying they tried to call which they didn't. Respond to them telling them they didn't and nothing. Asked to speak to a manager since they can't have somefrom accounts call me. Tells me manager wil call me in 30min. He didn't. Couldn't be bothered. Just illigally saves your banking details. Deducts what they want and then goes quet when you call them out for *****ing. Almost 3 weeks and I have not got any assistance. Poor excuse for customer service
