KFC INCORRECT ORDER

I am disgusted to say the least about a poor service #KFCRosebank rendered to me, 1st they made me wait for over 20 minutes for an order, they then give me an incomplete order with a hair in it and when i call them they just tell me they will send a driver with a new order then line gets disconnected, my number and name were not taken down they just asked if i am at work
