KFC incorrect order

I am very disappointed I ordered 15 pieces last night at 21:30 and when I got home realized they put only 9 pieces of chicken this is from KFC Sesfikile Daveyton, 1stly I waited 5 minutes before being served with other customers in the queue while they were busy chatting in the kitchen and mind you the person at the kitchen was very rude and did not want to serve people when there was still 30 more minutes before they close she specified that there was only wings and chicken and I accepted that even though I wanted burgers for the kids.. and to my suprise I get home and as I'm about to dish up there's 5 pieces short. So I was charged for 15 pieces but got 9 pieces which was r199.90.i work in customer service so I would expect to get the best customer service from a company such as KFC I am very upset this is the worst service ever and it's showing me that that's what they always do when people buy at night they rob them knowing very well that i wont think about counting the pieces while in the store and when I get home and see that the meat is short I won't have the chance to go back there to fight them.
