Kfc ***********

On the 23rd of December 2021 we had placed an order on the kfc delivery app and they had debited us r200 for the meal. The site had then said no drivers available after they already deducted the money and nothing ever happened after that . We did not receive the order and the money was never reversed. We tried speaking to people from customer care as well as the kfc branches near us but nothing is being done to assist... Terrible service all round
