KFC incompetence

I ordered a colonelKFC on Russell street Durban central via MrD, they called me and told me some of the things I ordered weren’t available , I specifically told them to cancel the order as I can’t on my end cause they have already accepted the order, I went on to order at another outlet, 20mins KFC delivers my wrong order and I had to pay for the food, I am so frustrated by incompetence and paying for something I did not want
