KFC Incompatible

We ordered hamburger meals from KFC Meadowdale. The lady told me that no hamburgers where available as for delivery is on its way? Really??? Instead we had to order something else and to compromise they gave us a fold over! I appreciate the help of the employees, but really, we ask for what is on the menu? A hamburger roll not available????????? Please explain.
