kfc in Rene link is a big problem. stay awzy

kfc Irene link needs to jack up their service. the store is supposed to open at 7am, but everyday it is always a problem. Today was the worst. there were only 2 staff working at 07h15. I ordered my food at the kiosk.when I got to the collect counter I didn't see any sfatt. their till wasn't even set up, their coffee machine wasn't even set up, they didn't open drive thru cause they didn't want to. people were queuing at drive thru but none of their staff went to tell anyone that it wasn't open. When another staff member walked in at 07h15 he was the only one helping customers. a lady carrying the till was talking her time to walk to the machine.it took her about 8 min to set it up. by the there were already about 10 Pl angry customers waiting to be served. some even walked out. When I asked one of the staff what was happening they complained and said there were only 2 of them at the store. When I eventually got my order, more staff arrived. they had no sense of urgency or interest!! come on kfc head office, you have to do something about this. my food wasn't even cooked properly, I ordered the brekkie deluxe box... terrible!!
