KFC in Northdale, Pietermaritzburg, Pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service from KFC in Pietermaritzburg, Northdale. We have sat in the drive-through queue for 1 hour. At one point, we were told that they have run out of chicken as well. KFC in Northdale was revamped in 2022 and they had kept their food items in a truck container outside the store, staff walked in and removed food items from the container. I had asked for the managers number and he was exceptionally rude just like his staff. Absolutely pathetic and clearly no one is bothered about doing anything to improve.
