KFC I'm so disappointed shame

I'm sooo very disappointed with KFC mangaung at 19:02 today went there ordered family fiesta for R149 they said the waiting time was 20 mins we waited until 20:07 and we asked for refund and they didn't even bother to say they were sorry whatsoever and they just refunded us ,what about the time we waited for I'm really not happy shame with their service at all and I don't think I'll visit any KFC after this
