Kfc hout bay

Iam so disappointed with hout bay kfc manager have zero customer service all she know is to blame staff that is already overworked that she didn't shout the order while they have the screen at the back to see which orders came through. Poor cashier must help customer to place orders by the self service kiosk and till point for cash customers and also pack food and must still shout the order and do follow up on orders while manager is camping at the back doing nothing. What kind of leadership is that?
