KFC horrid food

So after a 3 day flu bug and not having an appetite I decided to opt for KFC for me an the family. I called through the hotline and ordered my meal, asked for delivery. My meal came an hour later, the invoice was printed over 30 minutes prior to drop off point. Monday you, it is less then 10 minutes from the restaurant to me. So the complaint is.....the burgers were totally squashed, the chips were horrid, oily and brown.....close to eating flavoured cardboard. The wings were dried and burnt.....definelty used old oil, sure the chips were fried in the same oil. The mash and gravy was bland and white......in all my years I have never seen KFC mash and gravy so white. KFC if you gonna serve pathetic food, charge us cheaper prices! In my case, I would still not buy from you. This food spoilt my dinner and appetite. With so many other eating options, I would guess that you would pick your game up in the quality of your meals.
