KFC Horrid customer service

Pitty they have not implemented 0 or minus ratings. KFC Howick is the pits, you go to a drive thru and spend 30 minutes waiting for food and not on the odd occassion. Took the time the write in a complaint and KFC sends you a message to phone them then all they say is "We do apologise"

The worst thing is there business will continue but I won't be adding to their bottomline.
