KFC Horrible Service

I am so livid, I have made an order online which I always do. However tonight my order got cancelled after I have been waiting for over an hour for it. Payment done and all. And when I ask the Thabiso I spoke to on the customer care he advise my refund will be paid in 14 days no explanation. This is so bad ... How does one pay for a service and they don't get instead of my money being refunded I am being told shut like this.

I am so disappointed don't see myself ever using KFC app or even KFC what a horrible service.
