Kfc horrible service

The worst worst. We made an order last night at 19:15 and only got our food at 21:00, im really not sure what was happening cause i called to find out what's going on people where speaking in riddles. Kfc phillpnel Pretoria west is really not taking its customer serious the service was horrible, they dont even care enough to call you and apologize for the delay i had to wait and wait not knowing what is happening, got cold food and still had to pay for that service. Kfc we are paying for this food please show that you know that.
