KFC horrible service

It is disappointing that KFC systems can be so misleading. Wednesday I ordered and paid on line to pick up at on fo the KFC shops in King Williams town. The transaction went without any problems, only to find out that the shop is closed for some renovation that were happening. I phoned their customer care to see if they can arrange for me to pickup at a different KFC, I was told that wouldn't be possible. The consultant took my details and said she would phone to arrange for a refund, till today I'm still waiting for her call and my money..... So I give the KFC online system 0 and the their customer care 0.
