Kfc horrible service

KFC Palmridge i have wrote complain on Facebook just recieved a message that the complaint was closed their team couldnt reach me while i was waiting for their call as promised.m***xm pathetic service from KFC they requested my e-mail they cant even send me a single email all they are busy is telling me that i need to call them for what.why should i waist my time calling people who do not value their customers.
