KFC HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Very poor from KFC

My kids love KFC but KFC in Halt Road Elsies River is the worst.

The drive thru was closed first ever I hear of this, I then go inside and there is only 1 teller assisting all drive thru customers and walk in customers.

Rest of staff all walking and making jokes at the back.

Finally get to order after 20 minutes and biggest mistake of my life to be honest.

Waited 27 minutes for my food which was a zinger burger, zinger salad, small mash and gravy and a strawberry krusher.

Rushing to get home to get the food to my wife and kids I don't look at the food I got, get home the food is old roll falling apart the fillet was tough like it was made the previous day. I literally had to throw it away as my dogs didn't even want to eat it.

I call KFC lodge a complaint with CAS number 503059-T8ZoR9

I get told they will osrt this out and get feedback to me yet I am still waiting, KFC will never be bough by me or anyone in my family again,
