KFC Hillcrest has ******* service

So disappointed with the service at KFC Hillcrest. There was nobody at the counter as all the staff on shift were too busy singing and dancing in the back. I then requested for chilli salt because I didn't receive any when I received my meal, however, I was told that I should have asked waited by the collection counter for the chilli salt. I couldn't even identify the staff as all of them were not wearing their name tags. What ******* service from KFC Hillcrest.
