KFC Hillcrest – Extremely Poor Service and Zero Work Ethic

This branch has little to no work ethic and consistently bad service. You can easily spend 30 minutes stuck in the drive-through for what should be a quick order.

A simple Bucket for 1 was once packaged in a burger box, and they don’t add salt or ketchup unless you specifically ask for it.

To top it off, the staff actually harass customers to complete reviews while you’re still inside the store — one even took my phone and completed the review herself.

Completely unprofessional. This branch really needs serious management attention before it drives more customers away.
