Kfc Highpoint Hillbrow offers a disgusting service

I ordered online and got a confirmation from my bank as well KFC regarding my order, I'm highly pregnant so I sent my son to fetch the order and he was sent away because there's no order appearing on their side.

I called the customer service number, I was given a 031 (Durban code) number for the KFC Hillbrow Highpoint in Gauteng that rang to no answer, the number on Google is non existent even the customer service consultant couldn't get through to the store which is disgusting and there was "nothing she could do as well" so this is an order that happened at 14h45 only to receive the order at 16h30 when I sent my son back with a note, the service is bad and disgusting simply because they are serving a hillbrow community so they think we deserve the worst service
