KFC Heugh Rd Ripoff and Poor service

I ordered online and opted for delivery this afternoon at around 5pm. My order didn't arrive but I received a notification saying my order has been completed.I immediately called the store and was told that they will contact the Care line. Someone called me apologizing and was given R50 on top of the R174.89 I spent. The sms voucher didn't come through and I had to call the customer service again and received two sms voucher of R200 and 50.

I then did a click and collect but the transaction didn't go through and I ended up going to the store.

I relayed my problem and the cashiers said this vouchers are nonsense kfc is making a fool of customers.the cashier said they will have to call the customer line to verify the vouchers and asked us to wait 20 min. We arrived at 19h 15 and I am extremely disappointed with the service the cashier came back after 30min saying the voucher has been used l ended up swiping R199.99 plus order only came out at 20h15 a whole flippen hour. I don't want your stupid voucher I WANT MONEY BACK.
