KFC HERCULES LOCKDOWN

I have been waiting for my order for 1hour 45min.

I have phoned 4 times now. 1st time - They apologized for the delay. 2nd Time - They said the driver has left. 3rd Time - They connected me to the ****piest and most awful and rude branch manager (Hercules) where she said they only have 1 person on delivery, they are waiting for him, and I must sit back, relax and wait my turn. 4th Time - I have successfully wasted R50 airtime - and my order still has not left the store.

I WILL NOT PAY MY DELIVERY FEE, AND I WILL NOT PAY FOR COLD FOOD!!!!!!!!!
