KFC HERCULES - EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

KFC HERCULES in Van der Hoff Rd - Pretoria: I paid in the drive-thru for my food at 20:33 on 25 June 2018 and was told that there is a three minute wait for the chicken, which I had no problem with. Then at the dispatch window, I was told to wait in the parking lot to which I did not agree. Then the trouble started - the staff became EXTREMELY spiteful - they served the people in the parking lot and then started cleaning the kitchen, stand around talking to each other and eventually my take-away was served at 21:05 - half-an-hour later, with a sarcastic grin on the face. This is the second time I experienced this extremely poor service from this outlet.
