KFC Hercules

I have ordered Wednesday special advertised on KFC FB page.When placed my order is was 18:00 my order was confirmed at 18:26 to be delivered by KFC Hercules.I got a call from KFC 18:48 saying that they did not have drivers,at 19:30 I phoned the store they did not pick up the phone.I phoned KFC customer care they took my details we will track the driver will call you back they never called me back.The order arrived at 20:00,when I ask driver we had lots of orders.I am so disappointed with KFC Hercules.
