I im disgusted in the level of professionalism at your store in Mossel Bay.

I went to KFC Heiderand Mossel Bay at 14:27 Today. Your staff working at this store has no etiquette and no professional way to talk to its customers, after placing my order i got to the pay point and i had to was for two of your staff members to finish their conversation making me wait while they are chit chatting. This was one of 2 incidents this week alone i went the two nights ago and had the same experience. This is unacceptable
