KFC Heidelberg serving burned chicken and unprofessional.

Kfc Heidelberg Gauteng has the worst service. You can complain at store pr send them a email, nothing happens. Last complaint was on Friday 27Oktober, firstly ordered online for collection curbside, cause they don't deliver,bit every time you anyway have to go in and wait to ask for your order and always wrong,but worse was when I opened my bucket to serve the chicken was burned black. Did report it,did lay a complaint,but nothing,not even a sorry.
